Welcome to Le Château, a stunning multilevel venue designed in a U shape, offering a unique experience for every event. Guests are greeted in the southeast indoor-outdoor lounge, leading to the historic theatre's original mezzanine that overlooks the expansive south dining hall. a maximum occupancy of 300, the north and south dining halls create a seamless space for gatherings The northwest corner houses the bride's private suite, adorned with exquisite French Louis XVI furnishings and bathed in natural light from elegant French doors, while the speakeasy groom suite, upstairs off the Italian marble dance floor, an intimate cigar bar setting for a whiskey toast, overlooking the charming Downtown bricks. The amenities throughout the property are all ADA and offer stunning powder baths.

When I first walked through the doors of this remarkable space, I didn’t just see architecture. I felt history waiting to breathe again.
Today, as the owner and steward of this newly unveiled venue, I stand proudly behind the scenes — never fully in the spotlight, yet deeply present in every detail.
This building has lived many lives. Its walls have witnessed eras of elegance, transformation, and quiet endurance. Restoring and reimagining it has not been about changing its story, but about honoring it — carefully preserving its soul while preparing it for new memories yet to be made.
My role here is not to overshadow the grandeur of the space, but to protect it. To curate it. To ensure that every gathering held within these walls — whether intimate or grande — feels intentional, meaningful, and timeless.
I believe a venue is more than a location. It is the silent partner in every celebration. It frames laughter, holds vows, hosts milestones, and becomes part of personal histories. That responsibility is not one I take lightly.
